Posted by KyleP on October 29th, 2009 I found some funny shirts at the mall for my son. I think that he would love to wear them to school. Most of them have to do with school subjects or something to do with needing a vacation. I thought that they were really cute, so I made sure to get him a few of them. This way, he can choose for himself which ones he wants to wear first.
At the same store that I got my son his funny shirts, I also got my husband some offensive t shirts. It was really neat how they had the store divided up into different sections and age groups. The funny shirts that were for little kids were located in the front of the store. The offensive t shirts that were aimed more towards adults were located in the far back corner of the store and you could not go back there unless you were at least eighteen years old.
I was so happy to get t shirts for my son and my husband all in the same store. I usually have to walk all over the mall to get something for everybody but this t shirt store has made shopping much easier.
Posted by KyleP on October 13th, 2009 When my son asked for my credit card to order some funny t shirts online, I told him sure. I gave him the credit card and a limit, but never looked at the site to see exactly what he was ordering. He has always made good decisions in the past, but this time, he did not do so well.
I was the first person to get the package from the funny t shirts site that was delivered about a week after he placed his order. I decided to go ahead and open it, so that I could see what he had picked out. I could not believe my eyes. These adult t shirts were not so funny to me. I could see some college kid wearing these t shirts, but not my sixteen year old son. I was not sure how he even was allowed to buy these, but then I figured that since he used my credit card, they probably thought that he was over the age of eighteen.
When my son got home from school that day, I met him at the door. The look on his face was priceless; he must have never figured that I would open the package from the t shirt shop. He knew that he was going to have to send them back, without me even saying a word.
Posted by KyleP on October 11th, 2009 The custom website development company that my partner hired just told us that once again, the date for our site going live has been pushed back. It seems that they have a little more work to do on it and it will be another six weeks before it will be up and running. This is the second time that this custom website development company has done this to us. We are now twelve weeks behind schedule.
We have planned to have this big party with our entire office when it does finally go live, but right now, we do not have any idea of when that will be happening. I decided to contact a few other Arizona website design companies and see if this happens a lot, or if the company that we are, are just extremely unprofessional. I found out from two other Arizona website design companies that sometimes delays are possible, but twelve weeks is a little much.
I am wondering if we should fire this company and hire someone else. I really do not want to start the process all over again, but am only giving them one more chance and then I am taking matters into my own hands.
