Our teacher asked me to buy a switch for our computer class. Because of the budget, I have no idea if I would be able to buy a good switch. I mean, they are pretty expensive (usually). I stumbled upon the Used Cisco advertisement on my way home and it was like BINGO!

I hurriedly checked their Used Cisco Switches and found that their price was not as expensive as I thought. They asked me about the type that I need and gave me some options to choose from. They explained that the switch comes with a warranty. I asked them what their warranty was about (since I don’t know too much about this stuff) I was happy when they explained that they would fix my switch if ever it stopped working or malfunction.

My experience has been a good one because they were very friendly and treated me like a grown up person.  I’m sure that my teacher would be happy with the switch that I bought for our class. Was it luck or just co-incidence? Well it doesn’t matter; I guess it was just my lucky day.
