When I found out that it was very easy to buy overseas property from my friend, I started looking into it for myself. I figured that it would be very nice to just take off to your other home if you wanted to. I found some very nice property for sale in Cyprus. I love lying on the beach and a couple of the properties were very close to the beach.

I called and talked with an agent that was actually in Cyprus and she told me all about the property for sale in Cyprus that I had seen online. I was a little discouraged when she told me the price in dollars. The prices on the site were not in dollars and once converted, I knew that I could not afford it.

The only other place that I found online that I might like to live at is Italy. I found a property for sale in Italy that once I converted the money, I knew that I could afford it. I went ahead and called the agent in charge of that home and she sent me additional information on it. I bought the property for sale in Italy without even seeing it first.
